Events
At DPC, our fellowship extends beyond our Sunday gatherings. Through our weekly Home groups, we meet together to study God’s word, pray together and encourage one another. For more information about our Home groups and other ways to get involved at DPC, please click here. We also run weekly kids’ groups, including playgroup each Wednesday and Youth Group every Friday. As a church family, we also hold a number of events throughout the year, including Coffee and Calling on God, DPC’s Big Day Out, and the annual Christmas Street Fair. Upcoming events are listed below.
Breaking the Silence Training
OVERVIEW: Anyone in a ‘Position of Authority’ and/or who works directly with children is required to undertake training as directed by the Breaking the Silence framework.
The full training must be undertaken every three years. There are a substantial number of people whose full retraining falls due in 2023.
We have engaged a staff member from the Conduct Protocol Unit (CPU, PCNSW) to conduct this training face-to-face.
Materials will be supplied to participants.

Weekend In 2023
We are holding our annual ‘Weekend In’ on Saturday-Sunday, 4-5 February, 2023.
The speaker is Peter Jensen, former Anglican Archbishop of Sydney.
The weekend together will begin at 2pm on 4 February, with infants and primary aged children having a separate programme in the Church Hall, and conclude with lunch on Sunday 5 February.
The cost, which will cover programme and meals, is $50 per adult (children attend free). If this is a barrier for anyone please speak to a member of the pastoral team for assistance.
